Cambria Hotel Fort Mill

This trip was not without issues, but the level of CARE was amazing and appreciated. We checked in late in the day to attend an event that evening. The A/C was not working and as the hotel was full, there was not another room to move to. Management tried to fix the unit and brought us a large fan. The following morning Vanessa at the front desk changed our room, Jose confirmed that the A/C needed further work, Mario fixed us a lovely breakfast, and DJ made us feel like family! We continued to see these new friends throughout the day - always with a smile. The following morning we had NO complaints and only a feeling that these people really cared about our experience. Jeremy was a wonderful server, Mario showed his kitchen skills again, and we were certainly treated like welcome guests. We have stayed at this hotel since it opened and will continue to come here at every opportunity. People who do their job with such pride and care are rare - and we sincerely appreciate them.

GREAT hotel! It appears to be a relativily new build, looks great, very clean, quiet, safe, excellent restaurant/amenities, ALL of the hotel staff members have been wonderful. I'll be back!

Great location and friendly staff

My recent stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. The room impressed me with its meticulous and thoughtful design, ensuring comfort throughout my stay. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally courteous and accommodating, adding a personal touch to their service. The food and bar service were standout features, offering a variety of delectable options that catered to my taste perfectly. A special mention must be made of the bar service, which was efficient and showcased a diverse range of drinks. However, I did find the pricing for the Old Fashioned a tad steep compared to the overall value offered. In conclusion, this hotel provided a harmonious blend of comfort, excellent service, and culinary delights, albeit with a slight room for improvement in the beverage pricing.

Person at service desk was very nice and friendly and took care of my checkin issues within timely manner.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. We really didn’t have any complaints. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again
