Everything was great!! Room and bed comfortable!! No problem falling right to sleep. Love the pillows!! Really true to form, pet friendly, giving a gift for them!! The only trouble I had was getting the TV working, but got it figured out. No other issues

We've stayed here before on our trip to Durango. The hotel is always clean and our room was quiet and comfortable. The staff is friendly and they always serve a great hot breakfast.

We've stayed at this particular Best Western several times. Our room is always clean, the staff members are always friendly, and the breakfast is always good. In fact, at this mornings breakfast, being Sunday, May 12th, the gal greeted us with a genuine smile and wanted to ensure everything was okay. I'm sorry I didn't get her name in order to give her a personal recognition. Hopefully providing the date will help. Of course your front desk people are wonderful as well. Again, I don't have his name but the gentleman who checked us in around 3:30pm on May 11th greeted us with a smile and was so friendly.

Great things-customer service, cleanliness, breakfast was good, they even had blueberry waffles and a Nescafé coffee machine so I could get a latte. The no so great things, walls are definitely thinner than I’d like, and our bed was way firmer than I like. Overall, I’d stay again for sure.

This is my second time staying here. The only complaint I have AGAIN is the lighting in the bathroom, it is very dim. With my bad vision it was hard trying to see myself in the mirror while I was trying to do my hair. I think if you add a light above the mirror in the center it would help so much. Other than that everything else was great

One of the best stays I’ve experienced. Your check in staff were truly incredible, very kind and helpful. The room, pillows, bed TV programing were excellent. When I checked out Robert was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were clean. .
