We did not like the pool accommodations. The resort was allowing large numbers of non residents into the pool area daily which displaced many of the residents of the hotel from not be able to have pool chairs. Many people were holding chairs all day with their non resident day passes for the pool area. The pool is one of our top reasons for vacationing here.

We really loved our stay here. Although we would walk the area and visit other businesses (so important right now for Fort Myers recovery) we didnt feel the need to get our car out our entire stay. We visited before the pool was not open so I cant comment on that but the other amenities are top notch! We especially enjoyed the 24H fitness room and the fire pits. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are beautiful and very well appointed. I want to make my bathroom exactly like theirs.

Greeted by friendly and happy staff! Attention to individual guests, over and beyond assistance. Leave your worries at the door and enter the “island atmosphere” and you’ll have the time of your life!

Resort was clean and well kept, as should be expected from a brand new property. Service was at most times excellent, with the exception of a few, perhaps over tired, and grumpy staff. Prices were a bit high but not abnormal for a stateside resort. New pool area and bar was great and we enjoyed what time we spent on the resort grounds.
