Pink Shell Beach Resort and Marina

We room was fantastic , hotel workers were very friendly, restaurant had great food, we enjoyed the bar on the beach We enjoyed the Beauriful white sand beach- very clean too!

The staff kept room very clean. Ranger Rob was informative and fun. Construction and moving sand going on but we knew that ahead of our stay. Overall good time

Excellent girls trip getaway!! Loved the resort- Gary Lee was so nice when we checked in- the room and resort was so clean. Staff was ready to help in anyway- drinks were good- valet parking was a treat. All girls in our group would recommend this place and look forward to going back again someday! 5🌟

Our stay was mixed! Ranger Rob lived up to all the other positive reviews. My kiddo is not a huge fan of the beach but loves to learn about our ecosystem so his environmental program was a big draw for us. She loved it. We stayed in a 1 bedroom in White Sands. It was MUCH, MUCH smaller than the photos. My 5 year old slept in a cot push up against a wall in the hallway between the living space and bedroom. Not ideal! When we asked for a different room they just said they were sold out and didn’t seem to care about our disappointment. We did have enough space for a pack n play for our baby in the bedroom. The quality of the breakfast was pretty low. Yes, lots of variety. But nothing special. Then again, it wasn’t a surprise considering the price of the room. It also takes until about 11am to get umbrellas put out on the beach which was too long in our opinion. The guys are working hard on the setup but they need more help, so families and aging people aren’t baking in the sun for 2 hours. Despite these disappointments, we had a great time. Eating at Rae’s was great and very accommodating for young kids. The rooms are in good, clean order. The house keepers on the 8th floor did a great job. Joey at the beach bar was awesome and kept everyone smiling. Wish it opened earlier! Our kids loved it here!

We were treated super by Danielle Lee at Jacks for the breakfast buffet. All the staff was very friendly even though construction was going on to rebuild after Ian. We were sad there were no showers for the Marina, hence my score. We shall return some day.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit in White Sands building and it was perfect for our family with lots of room. The hotel has a lot of activities for kids, fun pool area, great beach and having breakfast included was perfect! We took a kayaking tour with Ranger Rob and it was amazing! He is so knowledgeable and friendly and made the kids feel so comfortable on the tour. We saw dolphins, manatees and lots of birds.

Beautiful beach. But property in poor condition, under construction, poor dining experience. Few other options in the area.

The staff and our room were very good. They are still recovering from Ian and I appreciate their situation. But we were there for relaxation and every morning at 8:00 sharp we were awakened by construction, hammers, leaf blowers, machinery and men shouting to one another. No sleeping in or lazy mornings. On the other hand the beach chairs and umbrellas were new and free to use. The breakfast was ok, but staff was wonderful.
