The front desk staff were wonderful to work with. They were able to answer all of my questions. Now the first time we ate at the restaurant is a different story as we had a waitress that must have been high because she keep coming back asking what we ordered or repeated it wrong. So after 45 minutes we got up and left. While walking out we found the manager and he was very apologetic and gave us our wine and not change. We did try again the second night and it was a totaly different experience. The staff was great and the food was wonderful.

They are coming back from Hurricane Ian. They are still working on the beach bar. Some updates are in order to make the stay perfect

We booked a family reunion at DiamondHead Beach Resort, and couldn't be happier. Our group of 32 (from 3 years old to into their 80's) had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent. The beach and pool were well maintained and welcoming. Loved the view from the balcony. The staff was wonderful; friendly and eager to serve. They met all of our needs, and were ready to help make our stay memorable. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy a nice time on Ft. Myers Beach. Would love to return in the future.
