This property owned and managed by a lovely caring couple who employ same life staff. Can't say enough about the quaint uniqueness expressed throughout the property. They continue to work daily after the devastating effects of Hurricane Ian and have yet to finish some touches in the rooms which lend to convenience (small but needed accessories) that is the reason for 4 star in one category. Everything else, this is a gem!

Bathroom smelled really bad paint on wall and floor had no trim.. It's like a lazy worker was working and never finished the job! I will not return or recommend this to anyone!

Throughly enjoyed our stay at Latitudes 26. Not new but very clean, convenient location to everywhere we wanted to explore in the vicinity. Hotel communication was excellent as well. Our breakfast ouside in the garden was more than we expected. Yogurt, juice, fruit, cereal, milk, coffee, toasted bagel with cream cheese perfect to fuel us up for our adventures. Have already recommended to friends and wuldn't hesitate to come back.

A friend & I had a wonderful few days away from OH. Both of us expected more based on the photos & write-up, but in the end, we were very satisfied. Even though it is an older building, we had the basics, it was very clean, we felt safe, and every staff member was beyond courteous & helpful.
A few suggestions: box of tissues and a few heavy napkins in the room, some simple wall hooks to hang clothing or wet towels, a mirror outside the bathroom, and bottled water in the vending machine. Maybe a few small bottles of water in fridge as a welcome? Thank you for our stay.

the hotel seems a bit tired and old. The breakfast is quite poor, while the garden itself, where we had morning food, is nice.
