Were do I start. Upon arrival we stepped into a room that had a ceiling that you could not take your shirt off without banging your hands on the dirty ceiling and the smell of a wet basement That’s when I noticed the unswept floor covered with popcorn and filthy under the beds. Oh well it’s only a couple nights we will get through it Then they charge you for a resort fee 40$ now that’s a joke should just call it parking fee and charge 75$ pet fee for a service animal and no one on premises to talk to and I’m not wasting my one vacation a year fighting with someone on the phone The AC beeped all night remote for tv didn’t work overall a complete tear down We left it much cleaner than we received it after a stop to the dollar store for a broom mop and cleaning supplies

Stayed here 2 nights in lower level room. If you are over 5’9” look upstairs. We got wet every time we walked in our door from air conditioner unit in upper room. NO SMOKE DETECTORS in our room. Parties went on both nights we were there until 4am. Local police called but no response. Finally yelled out window to tell them to turn off music. Small Tiki hut right outside the door sounded like party in our room. Other than the above room is nothing special but was clean. Short short walk to beach. One dead cockroach stepped on during night of all the noise.

The one good thing is the location. It is a short walk to the beach. There is NO POOL onsite. You have to walk to a rec centre to use the pool. We are in an upper unit which is ok and normal ceiling height. The lower units are much shorter, if you’re claustrophobic avoid them. We are only here for a night so I can put up with the small issues such as the outlets in the kitchen not working, the exposed wires over the bed and the cleanliness of the bathroom. That nice looking home they show in the ads is not where you are staying it’s the beach view.

We only stayed a night. Would be better for a longer stay but without the resort fee. nice touches in room including coffee maker, nice bottles of shampoo, body wash in shower. convenient walk to several restaurants. easy access to beach. colorful pastel walls everywhere. Disliked · The $50 'resort fee" is a rip off. The place is mostly self service including the digital room key Limited parking in front and till next morning we did not realize there was more parking in back The smart lock is confusing and instructions are too limited to just send in a text message. The bed was creaky, not comfortable at night we could not easily find public access to beach so we trespassed through private property too many confusing emails and text messages every day - a PDF of the hotel and instructions would have been so much more convenient
