This hotel was nothing special. The room was very small, and the pillows were soft which I don't like. The staff was friendly, but the front desk did not know the area at all. The pool was not headed. The breakfast was horrible and the only protein choices were watery eggs, small yogurt and peanut butter.

Shuttle going back to the airport was only 1 per hour. So I had to spend for a ride.

Great Hotel. Although the rooms are small and they don’t have suites the Hotel is very nice and clean. Nancy at the front desk was phenomenal, very kind, and accommodating. She is truly an asset to this hotel. She was so helpful with some great suggestions.

My short stay was fantastic. Nancy at the front desk along with her core group went up and beyond to make sure all customers were taken care of. The fact that Nancy spoke Spanish make even the Hispanic customers feel welcome. The facility was spotless and smelled very clean. The landscaping was also very nice, lots of plants, flowers and palms. Also within walking distance of lots of places to eat.

Update: My initial thoughts are below, but please keep in mind, upon submitting feedback via the Hilton website, the GM reached out to me (unsolicited) and offered to make things "right". That is great customer service. I will consider this property the next time I am in the area. It has been a while since I provided a review, and I wish this was positive, but it is not.
My experiences with Hampton Inn are usually very good. This property, unfortunately, did not meet those expectations. Upon check-in my room smelled of urine. Complaints were met with "we're sold out". In other words, tough luck. It was just so frustrating. The property itself, was dirty.

We have stayed at the Hampton Inn on Marketplace Rd (Just off Daniels & 75 ) now twice in the last two months, and our experiences have been consistently great. The front desk staff is great, and the folks that take care of the breakfast are friendly and keep it clean and neat. The rooms are decent, and have been nicely appointed in the newer Hampton inn style. These people are eager to please Hilton Honors members, too.

The pool could use a good cleaning. Full of leaves and infested with ants A little disappointed. The pool area seems to be forgotten. The gazebo area was roped off unable to use. Not what we are used to seeing at a Hilton
