Update: My initial thoughts are below, but please keep in mind, upon submitting feedback via the Hilton website, the GM reached out to me (unsolicited) and offered to make things "right". That is great customer service. I will consider this property the next time I am in the area. It has been a while since I provided a review, and I wish this was positive, but it is not.
My experiences with Hampton Inn are usually very good. This property, unfortunately, did not meet those expectations. Upon check-in my room smelled of urine. Complaints were met with "we're sold out". In other words, tough luck. It was just so frustrating. The property itself, was dirty.
