The staff and hotel was awesome the only complaint I would have is out by the pool area there was a bad odor of raw sewage. Nice hotel and they go above and beyond to accommodate you. We got in after pool closed but they opened it up so we could sit in the hot tub after driving for 14 hours

Very comfortable stay. We're fans of the Springhill layout with the sofa. I also made use of the work station by working from the hotel for much of the day while waiting for a flight. Great staff who is very welcoming. We appreciated their interest in our comfort. Good walkability to restaurants too.

The staff was polite and very helpful. The room was clean and well presented which is always the main priority for us. That's always a great thing. Breakfast had a great selection and well prepared. Good location and convenient to the highway. Will definitely stay again.

Nice room and hotel. Really close to the airport and easy to get to. Breakfast leaves a little bit to be desired because of no gluten-free options. You guys did have muffins but other than scrambled eggs and sausage. There was nothing my wife could eat. I’d like to see you guys improve that. When we were at Fairfield Inn and suites in Sarasota, they had muffins and Gluten-free cookies that were really pretty good.

The room was very clean. Beds were comfy and check in was great. This was a last minute stay due to flight being cancelled so we were happy with this choice. Great location and the pool was nice and warm in the evening for our swim after dinner at the beach.

My husband & I booked a suite for 2 nights. First night at 4:15am woken up to pounding on our door. Husband opened to a *********. Asked what he wanted. He said nothing just stared. 5 minutes later more very hard pounding again by this man. We called front desk no one answering. 5 minutes later the same! Finally front desk responded & got man out. We were terrified! We canceled our second night.

It was meh. Ok at best.
Water in shower took more than 10 min to get hot, sofa had a blood stain on the cushion where someone obviously sat. Breakfast was average.
