Just had our Strategic Meeting at the hotel. From the minute we stepped into the lobby the experience was excellent. From the check-in experience to the check-out experience everything flowed smoothly. The hotel is extremely clean, and the staff is very knowable and courteous. Our meeting room and audio-visual staff were perfect. Stefanie and Nicole (our meeting coordinators) were probably the best part of the experience. From the initial inquiry of the hotel to the end of our meeting there wasn't a detail they didn't missed. Would definitely recommend the hotel for any business and pleasure visit.

I really liked this property. Newly upgraded. The pool is on the shady side of the building unfortunately and the hot tub didn’t get very hot. Overall I would stay here again. Very clean and the staff are very accommodating/welcoming.

Any need or request we had was quickly and happily provided for us. We called and spoke with the hotel front desk staff member Jefferson when our flight landed and the courtesy shuttle arrived very quickly to pick us up. The van was new and clean and the driver Kent was very courteous and professional. When we arrived at the hotel (10-15 minute shuttle trip) Jefferson had our room keys ready for us and we were able to go straight to our rooms. Jefferson also had a smile on his face in every encounter and was very patient with my niece’s numerous questions. Many people don’t have patience with her, but he was very kind to her, which made all of our party feel comfortable staying here. Every person on staff was 100% kind and accommodating with any request we had. Will definitely stay here if we’re in Fort Myers again.

Jefferson at the front desk was sweet and personable. Food was excellent and bartenders were friendly! There's zero sun in the back of the hotel so we couldn't sit by the pool or hot tub. We tried from 8am until 6pm and needed to sit on a bench in front of the hotel. Room was very clean each day.

Great experience! Hotel staff was sooo accommodating, friendly and welcoming. Anything needed, they went above and beyond to provide! Loved the smell of the plant-based products offered. Surrounding area was also great for shopping and last minute purchases. My experience was great and I’d stay again!

This stay exceeded our expectations from the beginning! We had a really late flight into Fort Myers, therefore the rental car company was already closed for the evening. We were thankful for the 24-7 shuttle service that promptly showed up to take us to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel shortly before 2 a.m and were greeted by Nick at the front desk. He was very welcoming, personable and sharply dressed..no details spared! We conversed with him for a short time before we went upstairs. Nick has a kind soul and I hope any guest staying at this hotel has the opportunity to cross paths with him! Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the breakfast buffet the next morning had many delicious choices. What we thought was going to be an ordinary stay was anything but! We will certainly be returning!

The hotel was clean, well decorated, breakfast was amazing, friendly staff, shuttle 24-7 to airport. Pool is nice - lounge areas were super nice! Dinner was great. Prices were reasonable. They also had live music during dinner. The location isn’t close to a beach but there is a lot around.

Night manager, Nick, went above and beyond to help me. I arrived late and at almost 1:30 in the morning I discovered my iron and needed to be replaced. Nick went and found one in storage. He was the only one on duty and went out of his way to help me. Great service.
