We visited this hotel so many times and each time is the same .....Excellence ! The team is a helpful special the GM Margarita and her assistant Cris . Both take care of the guests like a family , the rooms is big , the pool is very nice and clean , it's a pleasure to be there. Thanks

This hotel is clean, beds are comfortable. Pool and the fire pit is nice. Pet friendly and it didn't smell like animals stay here. Rooms are spacious suites. Airport is 5 miles away. Florida Gulf Coast University is 3 miles away. Hertz area is about 3 miles away. The hotel is located in the Gulf Coast Town center with lots of shopping and restaurants. The area is safe Good hot Breakfast is free. Coffee is good. I suggest coffee be available all day instead of only in the morning. And housekeeping should be every two days instead of every 4 days .

Came for a night after visiting Corkscrew Sanctuary. We live on the east coast. Very clean comfortable hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly. Fantastic location too right off 75 and shops and restaurants walkable. Not close enough to the Gulf (for me) if I was looking for lots of beach time. Great if you are catching a show at the arena or need a place near the airport. They had plenty of shuttles available for guests. I didn’t inquire where they went but I’d think they do more than just airport transfers. Check out Connors for a great dinner.

Very clean rooms and nice staff. There is no dish soap in kitchen and no sponge to do dishes with. I would go back anytime I’m in the area.

Stayed 4 nights in mid-February. The location is outstanding. The hotel is adjacent to Gulf.Coast Town Center mall which is mostly walkable. Many good dining options and convenient to I-75. Only about 10-15 minutes from RSW airport. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Service was friendly and excellent as was the morning complimentary breakfast. We’d stay there again without hesitation.

We stayed several nights at this location & would return again if in the area. The room was huge which was helpful for our family of 6. We had 4 beds plus a pull out on the couch. We had a full size kitchen and two bathrooms. The pool was nice though chilly (but it was December). The breakfast offered a lot of choices so we were happy with that. Cleanliness seems to be the biggest issue we ran into. We didn't get our room cleaned when we were told (we did understand that it would be every other day & were ok with that). Also the hallways and some of the common areas were dirty. People were smoking (both pot and cigs) in the pool area even though it is marked as no smoking. So....it wasn't a perfect stay...but it was good & it was a good value for the price paid. The staff were very friendly.

Anna is fabulous. She went out of her way to assist us with directions and local attractions. We cannot say enough about how great she was. Our room was even better than expected, with everything we needed. We ordered instacart and stocked our room. The extra room with a kitchen was great. We would 100% stay here again.
