A little run down
The only elevator broke before we left, so we needed several trips down stairs to load the car
Found cockroach in bathroom
AC in fan-only puts it in supercool mode
Soundproofing marginal
Breakfast area had sign saying they had gluten-sensitive options, but it turned out they could not be sure.
Ice machine on our floor broken - sign said to be fixed in 1-2 hours - still broken

We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room. It was extremely well set up for someone in a wheelchair. No rugs, room to maneuver around, refrigerator that was easy to get to and open, mirror at wheelchair height, and other small touches that made our stay enjoyable. The staff at the desk were also friendly and very helpful.
The only negative we encountered was there were metal pieces that were intended to keep the mattress in place that were sticking out from the bed. These were treacherous to someone walking and made maneuvering a wheelchair to the bed difficult.

Front desk staff were friendly. We stayed the night of the Superbowl and receptionist recommended a local sports bar across the street that was perfect and conveniently located. Breakfast had a great variety. Room was clean, comfortable and a good size for a girl's night for two. Only small complaint was lawn mower at 7am outside our window. Very loud and disturbing time to start mowing.

Cookies in the lobby on a late night arrival. Scrambled eggs, sausage links and sliced Canadian bacon for breakfast. Wrapped and warm frittatas to go.

It was good until 8:30 am there was a knock on the door and it was the maintenace man. Said he was there to repair a lamp that supposedly didnt work. He came in and saw my husband still he bed and said he'd come back later. U mean to tell me no one checked to see the room was occupied.

The stay was great. The hotel is a bit older and you can tell its in the process of a facelift. The customer service was top notch. Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was great with a variety of options for eating healthier. It was the perfect location as well. 1mile from my granddaughter that was turning 1.
