I had very little hot water. The tub had nothing on the floor to keep anyone from slipping.

Room was smelly, really damp and stale. There was a dehumidifier in the room, but it was full. Spoke to manager(male) and he was rude. Told me they would not refund or discount room at all since I booked through ******* and should have asked for a new room. Pool was big, but dirty in and around it.

I used to live in the area. It was nice to experience the hotel for once. Very nice hotel, slept better there than I do in my bed. haha.

The staff was very accommodating and accessible. The rooms were spotless.
My only complaint was that the coffee was weak and half and half was not offered, only milk and creamers.

The room had a moldy smell. The air conditioner squealed, the corridors are in need of repainting, the exercise room equipment is broken.
