Had such a wonderful time at the La Quinta great customer service. They also have the most amazing rooms we stayed in yet. Everything is brand new recently remodeled in the last couple months the most amazing pillow top beds with feather pillows and of course pet friendly, which was a huge plus for me and my husband but most of all the customer service and the staff was 100% the best customer service I’ve had yet in Florida extremely friendly and nice and the hotel is very clean!!

Thanks so much to the girl who helped me the first night I got the place. You're are amazing.

INFESTED WITH ROACHES. Didn’t even stay here. Smelled horrible. Solicitors in the area.

First night new to the area. Got to the hotel it looked a little run down decided to give it a chance. So decided to relax but there was so much foot traffic outside the room and doors slamming. Didn’t relax if you have the lights inside on that anyone can see you from the outside. Next morning getting ready for work I see roaches crawling. Went out was gone all day round the evening came in to get ready for me to checkout in the a.m notice I had a bag missing of jeans about ten pairs used. Went to report my issue the lady at the desk. She said since it was night she could only make a note for the morning person. Checked out went to the morning person at the front and she say it was to early no one has come in yet. But she said was gone let the manager know wrote my number down wait for her to call. Waited to almost 12 no call. I went by she tell me that it was no possible way that someone took it and that I must had it in my car. Well I’m still talking about my bag of clothes.

The room was clean but a couple roaches did visit.

Fabulous, helpful, kind staff and hotel has great location & is perfect for a quick overnight stay! Second time there and plan to return for our quick overnights to this simple and good hotel!

Satisfactory and convenient

The Room was very old but clean. The Bathtub had a Broken Drain Stopper an we asked for one at the Front Desk but they never brought one to our Room. The Bathroom Area also is very cramped. The price we paid was absolutely high as this Hotel Room should be in the $800 per night range for as old as the Property is but unfortunately the Spring Break Rate was very high at $145 per night. Also we asked for a Spare Blanket at the Front Desk and they said they would get one but we never got the Blanket. My wife and I will never stay there again.

Week unfortunately we ended up paying almost 510 dollars for this dump. Starting with the fact that the employees at night had horrible,horrible customer service skill. We got there at 11 pm after driving 3:30 from Orlando and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to open up to do the check inn. After arriving to the room floors and bathroom needed to be cleaned up. The bathroom tiles got painted over and was all yellow stained. Early in the morning the breakfast was not what advertised and everything around there looked like back from the 1970.

Front desk staff was awesome and that is the only positive thing I can say. Roaches in the room, the smell and humidity were atrocious.

Glad I was staying for only one night. The linens might have been washed but they weren't clean or in good condition. Many holes in the comforter and sheets. The pillows had some staining and I wouldn't have used the tub even if I needed to

The room looked nothing like the picture. the floors were sticky and slippery. I refused to take off my socks after seeing the floor. the bathroom was outdated with hand written on the wall of shower (turn on and turn off) very small space i could not close or open door of the bathroom if i was using the toilet. the pillows were hard. i will not use this hotel again. did not feel the room was clean. Ohhh and we killed 2 roaches in the bathroom! thats a no no.

Room smelled like mold & mildrew, didn't take our clothes out of suitcase, but our clothes smelled like it anyway. Filthy dirty room, hated to touch anything. Cracked toilet tank, hair found in shower, and ants on the vanity. Not in a safe area and noisy all night long from people drunk. Breakfast was just anything you could pit in a toaster. Definitely a 1-1 1/2* hotel, and way over priced rooms.

The floors really need scrubbing in my room. My feet were black from walking on the floor. The refrigerator froze everything I put in it. The staff was very friendly. The whole hotel needs some sprucing up- very dated.
