Building in good condition, parking lot and surrounding needs upgrade. Rooms are fine, can park near room. Good value

No hot water, construction was being completed. Would have been better to stop taking bookings rather than put people in a half cleaned room with used dirty sponges on the counter and no hot water in the bathrooms. Construction materials laying around all over the outside with rusty nails littering the area. Would recommend not booking until construction is complete.
