As soon as I rented the room I had to plunge the toilet. First I plunged it myself and again I had to request to either change the room or send someone to plunge the toilet the employee brought the plunger and handed it to me to fix it myself. Because of two deaths in my family my mother and uncle my mother’s boyfriend is very mean and because I’m grieving I didn’t want to go to the house and argue so I rented a room. At 4:30am I heard someone yelling and pounding on the door I didn’t want to report it because it would also have been an inconvenience. Check out was at 11 it was 12 and I told them I was renting the room an additional night they came back to the door and said I had to check out either way and said they wouldn’t give the 75 deposit back hopefully since the room was clean that it will be deposited. I will write a note again if it’s deposited

Lobby needs to be remodelled, decorated and furnished, i know they are working on that but room conditions and cleanings was incredible awesome

It was a bit noisy by the front desk but a loud customer was the result. I wouldn't stay by the front desk again. Door slamsing. I think they were doing inventory, not sure. But other than that, very nice.

Close to area we explored! Did not like the light coming in where the door seal are supposed to be we had cold showers and gekos in the room because of door seal a d no chair in room as other rooms had chairs!

The stay was a 5 of 10 while the checki in and checkout clerks was very friendly and polite the room itself wasn’t so nice. The shower curtain wasn’t clean. There was a dirty wash cloth and the air was very loud making it hard to sleep. They took $20 of my deposit for oil from my hair on the pillowcase. Which can be washed out! Still waiting on a manager callback. I won’t stay or recommend this property not even for just a overnight stay
