Booked a room with a jetted tub two weeks in advance. Got a call less than 2 hours before check in saying they don't have that anymore. Oh well, we thought the hot tub would work for a substitute. We were never told then or at check in that the hot tub was closed for maintenance; only found out later. What a disappointment.

I enjoyed my stay because of the friendly service and it's close to restaurants and conveniences. My room was very clean and had an awesome bed. Part of the first floor is being remodeled so the hotel is getting even nicer. They had a good hot breakfast with variety. The only downside was that the breakfast area is very small and gets crowded with guests. I do recommend staying here!

The front Desk Lady Marje Was wonderful she had us checked in anwsered our questions as where to eat and sites to see. The room was very nice and super comfortable, beds were awesome! Breakfast was delicious! Staff was very friendly , the kids and family had a great stay . I would recommend with 5 stars!

The property was nice and clean but the construction was kind of a pain. Didn't like that housekeeping was knocking on our door and barging in at 9 on the day we checked out.

Comfortable and very clean. Even tho they are doing a renovation, and hotel was full, you’d never know it. Everything was very clean and up to date, and it was quiet. Hot tub was not working which was not good. Front desk staff is very friendly and GM De was very helpful.

There were issues at check in. We were given keys to another persons room. They didn’t have a room for us for a while.

This is a challenging review to write, because, by the time you read this many of the issues may be overcome. Why? They are in the middle of a major renovation. Despite being a Holiday Inn member, we were assigned to one of the rooms that still have to be re-done. Thus, things needed to be touched up, the bathroom door scraped across the bathroom's floor tile, and the smell of paint wafted down the hall. Looking past all of that, the room itself was fairly clean, and for the most part quiet (until the work started up again at 8AM). Breakfast was typical for HIE steam-table options, however, on of the staff members said that the dining area was going to be completely updated in a couple weeks. So, depending on when you might go, it might be shut down. The location is nearby several restaurants, some of which would be walkable in decent weather.
