Caulking around the tub missing and dirty in the corner (not sure if it was mold) didn’t use the shower. Waited until we got home to have one. Pool not available. Very noisy. The room doors really slam and echo. Very disappointed in the breakfast. Was really good our last time.

Stayed hey for my son's team tournament. Its cheap and cheerful but that's about it. Many broken or non-working items in the room including phone, shower curtain rod, hair dryer, heating unit and bathroom fan.
1 small bar of soap provided in the room. The liquid body-soap dispenser in the shower was empty
The room key-cards are absurdly sensitive to being near a key fob or cell phone. Had to replace the room key-cards several times. They really need the modern, more resilient swipe cards.
I'm really not a princess. The place would be ok if they did some maintenance.

Pros - great price, location, and breakfast. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons - accessible room was very far from front desk. Bathroom was very cold so shower was unpleasant, it had no fan, and no spare toilet paper. When we called the front desk to ask for more, they told us to pick it up at the desk, which as prev noted was a long walk.
If mobility is not an issue, this hotel is great. If it is, keep driving.

Disappointed during this stay. Showed up and our room wasn’t cleaned, no conditioner in our room, swimming pool had no towels, to breakfast out of some items. Staff was good at fixing all the concerns. Attention to detail slipped greatly from the last time we stayed here.

I stayed at the hotel for a month and I also celebrated holidays and my birthday here. What I love and miss staying here is the staff who are very friendly, mentioned Annabelle, Tony and Erika who is always there assisting whenever you need help. And the wonderful Housekeeping, Linda and Bernadette who always made sure that my room was always clean. Thank you for making my stay a wonderful experience I will definitely go back and stay here in this hotel again.

1. More coffee pods are needed, there were 2 decafs and 1 regular.
2. Water bottles should be placed
3. There was no Wi-Fi on the second day (statutory holiday)
4. Consider about the entrance, since it is a straight yellow line in front and cannot turn in to the parking lot

We love the staff here; they are always so friendly and helpful. We did have some difficulty with getting our room because the door wouldn't open (faulty hardware), but the front desk helped us and gave us a different room right away. My only real complaint is that the bed was very hard and not at all comfortable. It was disappointing as we've stayed here before and i don't remember ever being uncomfortable.
