This place was by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Fort Smith. I would recommend it to anybody for a night out or a family stay, they have hot breakfast which was biscuits and gravy sausage patties make your own waffles and eggs as well as a bunch of other things you could get that was complimentary. Also they have an indoor pool and work out area as well. And the service at the front desk was awesome by far the nicest people I've ever met at a hotel for sure.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at!!! -check in was fast and easy! -everyone was super sweet n nice!(front desk) -room was clean - and they have the BEST shampoo n conditioner!!! -breakfast was really good We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing customer service. An issue I had with a double booking was quickly resolved. Staff is super nice, I especially like miss Jasmin. The breakfast is tastier than most places I have stayed at. Huge TV in the room. Comfy bed and pillows. Convenient fridge and microwave.

The cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in! The bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. Plenty of choices for restaurants close by. And the service desk was very friendly and helpful. I was traveling alone for business and felt very safe in the area.

Second time staying here. Everything was as great as the first. Will be my go to every time I need to stay in fort smith. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and cleanliness focus. Breakfast was wonderful. Grateful for hot coffee throughout the evening.

The beds are great clean rooms very homely atmosphere, the pool and hot tub stay maintained. One of the few hotels I've been to that offer beer. Great location for dining out with a wide array of restaurants to choose from. All together a great destination

We were traveling to OKCity, for the WCWS, and spent a night in Ft Smith. The hotel was conveniently located off the Highway. It was clean, well maintained and gave us a great night's sleep. The beds were comfy, the pillows were good and the shower was good. The morning breakfast buffet was well stocked and the Attendant was friendly & responsive to the guests. HAMPTON INNs are our go to and this was a top notch one!

outstanding customer service from Jasmin at the front desk. housekeeping was on point beds were made Towels replaced every day Nice size pool, small hot tub plenty of outside furniture to lounge in. Nice size commissary. Variety of food and snacks
