This place was by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Fort Smith. I would recommend it to anybody for a night out or a family stay, they have hot breakfast which was biscuits and gravy sausage patties make your own waffles and eggs as well as a bunch of other things you could get that was complimentary. Also they have an indoor pool and work out area as well. And the service at the front desk was awesome by far the nicest people I've ever met at a hotel for sure.

We were on 1st floor, was quiet. Bed was comfortable and comfy. Breakfast was exceptional, and Anna was very friendly and formative, very happy. Overall experience was exceptional. I loved everything about the Hampton Inn would definitely stay again.

Really nice amenities in the room and very clean. Enjoyed the adjustability of the H/VAC system with the continuous fan mode which helps me sleep. Great breakfast selection and good exercise room. Staff was pleasant with a non-reserved check-in.

Going on a solo trip out of state for an interview at the local medical school was intimidating, but all of my worries were quickly put to rest with the help of the amazing staff. The location is great as it is equidistant from everywhere you would want to go. They offer free shuttle services to-and-from all over town. The staff is always looking for ways to help you and accommodate your stay. Surprisingly good breakfast with LOTS of variety (changes everyday), clean amenities, easy to reach staff, shuttle service, and free fruit/coffee around the clock make for a pleasant stay. I would like to give additional thanks to Hugo, Zamany, and the entertaining shuttle rides given by Steve, Tony, Donna, Robert, Don, and Jordan.

Everything about this hotel is great. It is a newer hotel, or updated. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was very convenient, well designed and clean. Breakfast was superb, and the ladies preparing were kind and friendly. The hotel check-in was very good. We were greeted with cookies and water. This is one of the best Hamptons we've been in on our trip. Area is convenient with many restaurants.

This cute little hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever experienced! I have worked in hotels for over 30 years and nobody comes close to this great staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. This was my 2nd stay here and I will always make this my stop when I drive across the country now. From Marlena at the front desk to the late night Security/Engineering (can’t remember her name but she was so helpful!) I love this hotel and highly recommend it. Also, it’s very convenient, right off the freeway. I will be back again and again! Thank you!
