The Person at the front desk was very dry nice and helpful but the sink in the bathroom leaked and had the floor soaked.

Well I paid for the room on ******* and the whole reason I wanted the room was to use the hot tub.
I have severe arthritis in my neck & when it flares up, it gives me migraines.
So the hot tub helps.
Only thing when I checked in they told me the Hot tub was closed,. Im very unhappy with this and think I should get a refund ..

Check in was a breeze. Clerk was informative and very pleasant. Breakfast was mediocre. The room was decent. There was some sort of red stain on the floor. Had a room on the first floor and my goodness it was loud and extremely busy in the hallway all night long. I heard the neighbor cough and flush their toilet. Aside from that, the bed was absolutely uncomfortable. The springs was almost violating. I send my guys here for work all the time and I only stayed one night but I won’t be back. The guys had great reviews of this facility so they’ll be back though. Oh water pressure was awesome.

We have stayed at the ARC many times this year during a home renovation. The staff are so friendly and helpful. But things seem to be gradually declining. Hot tub is broken. No pancakes at breakfast. Cigarette butts and trash around the property. Towel bar broken. Multiple lights out so room was dark. Asked for towels and trash pickup but came back hours later to trash and wet towels.
It’s disappointing that such a nice place is not being cared for.

Breakfast was great. The coffee was delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Only downside is i didnt see any vending machines, but there is a Dollar General right next door so it was convient.
