Only thing is I left my pink cover in the drawers I wish they would have found that. Sucks. Other than that I enjoyed the room very spacious and clean and two tvs with the privacy and huge bed was so good and super comfy. Host was nice and check in was easy so was check out. I'd stay there again and then I'd also recommend this to a friend or family member.

The rooms and corridors were in shabby condition. It definitely needs to be maintained better.

The blackout curtains did not extend over the windows meaning no privacy and no ability to close out sunlight. What kind of design was this? Also squeeking bathroom door. Beds quite comfortable as were pillows. Scalding hot water.

Excellent stay, no issues with cleanliness or rude staff. Breakfast was nothing extraordinary but better than many hotels I've stayed at.

We chose the BW Aspen because of the free EV charging. The hotel is conveniently located and is clean and looks recently updated. There are 3 or 4 restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately, the pool was drained and not in service.

Ice machine was out of order and the desk associate was not aware of it.

Found skidmarked stained underwear in the corner of the room.
Could hear the ceiling creak as the guest above us moved around.
Could barely hear the front desk tenant when he spoke. Was not welcoming, appeared more interested in his phone.
Overall the place was in need of repair with torn carpet, bad grout, etc.
