Roaches. Roaches and more Roaches. Check-in was nice. The young lady that checked us in had excellent customer service skills. The room was the problem. We were in Room 139 and about 3:00 am in the morning there were so many Roaches in the room. We immediately started to get our stuff together to get out of there. Then I had to call the front desk because i stood there for at least 30 to 45 minutes waiting for someone from the front desk. It's just super gross. This place needs to be torn down and be rebuilt.

Gave us a dirty room to begin with. No clean towels and she wouldn’t wash them told me I’d have to wait till the morning when someone else came in. Room keys stopped working in day two even tho we booked both nights in advance. It’s not the employees fault they need help I only saw two employees on our two day stay. Also don’t advertise a hot tub if you’ve had it filled in

Although it looks like an older building the inside is surprisingly redone and better than expected. Would stay again!
