The property was clean and well maintained. The food was good. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.
We loved the paper chain holiday decorations. Staff members had hand written nice things about each other, things for which they were thankful, and things they enjoy on the *****es of colored paper before forming the chain links.

Great place to sleep! Completely enclosed blackout shade keep all lights from peeking in. We stayed in a two bed, one sleeper couch suite and it was nice to have a curtain between the couch and beds to give my daughter a bit more privacy. The room was quiet—no traffic noise to keep me awake. Breakfast was great, too, with enough options for everyone.

This property is clean and taken care of. We stayed here when it first opened (years ago) and I did not see a difference. The desk clerk was pleasant, efficient and had great attitude while working a holiday.

This hotel is consistently excellent. The staff is helpful and friendly, always above and beyond. The breakfast biscuit the day after Thanksgiving was great! Never staying anywhere else in Fort Smith.
