Hotel was good. If you are using Waze or Google. It may take you in circles before you realize where the hotel is. Not happy about the non refundable pet fee. It was more than other hotels we’ve stayed at and the other hotels it was refundable based on if there was damage.

My husband and I. Really enjoyed are stay the bed was so comfortable and the pillows also. The Rooms are super clean and the staff are very sweet. We will go back again.

Freundlicher Empfang. Kaffee, Tee complementary. Es ist wirklich überall sauber. Keine Staubränder oder Flecken auf den Böden. Das Zimmer und Bad sehr großzügig. Man fühlt sich ohne Einschränkung überall wohl. Das Frühstücksbüffet wird von Frau Sarah laufend aufgefüllt. Sie hält Tische und Böden sauber. Vorbildlich. Ein richtiges Wohlfühlhotel. Frau Edith Ontiveros hat ihren Laden im Griff (würde man bei uns sagen). Glückwunsch an die Geschäftsleitung!

We were here to go to Big Bend. All the staff here were great and had us upgraded to a large double when we arrived. Very nice girls on the desk as was everybody we came in contact with during our stay. Very good breakfast and lady taking are of it kept it well stocked. Housemaid was very nice and cleaned up our room well.

I had a great stay. The only issue was the room door would drag the floor. So I had to make sure to pull the door hard to close it. The place was clean and quiet.

Breakfast is a problem for us options either spicy or flavored should offer just plain scrambled eggs instead and if you are going to do flavored waffles offer plain waffles as well. Trying too hard to be unique?

Our room was spacious and clean. We used the laundry facility and it worked well. Staff were friendly and responsive. There was one bad thing about our stay. The 2nd floor hallway reeked overwhelmingly of sulfur or swamp gas
