Simple, comfortable and clean, delicious breakfast, convenient hotel, in the small town of Fort William, surrounded by delicious mussels and seafood. It is a good choice to transit to Sky Island from here.

This hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but it's clear that it's in need of refurbishment. The rooms are outdated and could use some modernization to improve the overall guest experience.

Staff are great but the place is looking tired. The company needs to spend some money on the place as currently it is overpriced and needs a makeover Compared to other Premier Inns it is looking scruffy. The bed was great but the bathroom was not clean, particularly the toilet bowl. Internet is ok. Good access to local facilities.

Comfortable, no frills room which was very clean. Bathroom perfect with soap and towels clean and full. Hotel itself is fine, no issues with check in straight forward. Beds ultra comfortable and had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast next door was good.

It's handy for town,.has a decent sized car park, rooms are up to usual good standard. Prices vary a lot as to how busy it is. Breakfast and dinner available in Brewers Fayre next door. It's a ten minute walk to centre of Fort William high street. Will no doubt be back.

Excellent position to explore Fort William. The Premier Plus rooms were very modern and comfortable. There were some nice touches such as a fridge and some complimentary chocolates. The bed was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a nice shower. The only down side was the Premier Plus rooms are the furthest away from the reception and the restaurant and it was quite a walk down two corridors. Not sure why they decided to put the premium rooms the furthest away… I did like the air conditioning in the rooms that enabled you to control the room temperature. All the staff were brilliant - the breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice! I would certainly return and book a Premier Plus room again even though there is a bit of a walk - everything else was so positive!

Good Premier Inn in convent location for staying near the Highlands of Scotland. Easy drive in and out and approximately a five minute walk to the high street of Fort William. Comfortable, standard experience you would expect from Premier Inn Hotels.

Very tired looking workman’s cheap accommodation, dirty bathroom with the plaster coming off the roof and black mould. Stains on the sheets and the pillows, large gap under the door. This budget hotels only plus point was the ease and quantity of parking spaces.
