簡單舒適乾淨,早餐也挺可口的,便捷酒店,在威廉堡小鎮上,周邊還有好吃的青口貝海鮮等。從這裏去天空島中轉很好的選擇。

This hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but it's clear that it's in need of refurbishment. The rooms are outdated and could use some modernization to improve the overall guest experience.

The stay in the hotel was fine, the room edges need hoovering as these wete dusty but on the whole the room was fine. Id love it if you could fix the breakfast. The chargrilled bacon tasted like burnt steak. There was no bacon flavour left and it's the only part of the cooked breakfast I enjoy. Im not sure when they started doing this but please stop or I wont be back. The sausages are too herby and the black pudding is awful. Whoever sources these, please try stornoway black pudding.

No sounds insulation. We heard the room next door walking around at 5am. No slow release on the doors so the fire doors bang shut. For £180 I expected a good night's rest. I did have ear plugs in but it's a very noisy hotel. Not worth the money. Great room and comfy bed. But if your woken up constantly then it's a bad night sleep.

Pro's: Great location - easy walk to town centre and supermarkets. Good breakfast in adjacent Brewer's Fayre. Staff helpful and polite. Easy parking. Cons: Tired and dated looking. Room (number 37) not totally especially clean with mould around the bath. Hotel now looks neglected. Hotels in Fort William are expensive, and the Premier Inn is no exception. In my view now overpriced. Would have been happy to pay this if the hotel had been well looked after. Won't be back unless they smarten themselves up.

Staff are excellent. Special mention to Sarah and Sheila. Both super helpful with any and all requests. Always happy to stop and chat when we passed. Some parts of the hotel could do with a bit of updating but over all a very pleasant stay. Will be back.

Staff are great but the place is looking tired. The company needs to spend some money on the place as currently it is overpriced and needs a makeover Compared to other Premier Inns it is looking scruffy. The bed was great but the bathroom was not clean, particularly the toilet bowl. Internet is ok. Good access to local facilities.

Comfortable, no frills room which was very clean. Bathroom perfect with soap and towels clean and full. Hotel itself is fine, no issues with check in straight forward. Beds ultra comfortable and had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast next door was good.
