Stayed here for move in day at TCU. The price point and proximity to campus was nice. Room felt a little run down with chipped up baseboards and a ripped lampshade, things like that. The walk in shower was roomy and water pressure was good, though there's no door to the shower, just a half glass wall. No maid service (stayed 2 nights). Second night the air conditioner started making a loud, consistent machine noise in the wall, which made it hard to sleep. Wasn't the cleanest room ever upon check in, nor was it the worst I've seen

We came to Fort Worth for a concert at Dickies Arena. This was the perfect location! The room was great! Everything was very clean and staff was so great! Amaya at the front desk was especially kind, welcoming, and helpful! We took a Lyft to the arena and it was only a $6 ride. We walked back after the concert it was an easy 20 min walk. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice and quiet hotel in walking distance of Dickies Arena. Very nice room, with fully equipped kitchen, and super nice staff. Solid breakfast! This is a mid-level hotel, by the standards of which it is excellent! Most important to me, it is reasonably priced for the area and in walking distance to Dickies Arena, just 14 minutes casual stroll and safe on the streets. Just what I was hoping for. The staff was super friendly!

I called this location to retrieve information pertaining to parking prior to renting a vehicle. Matthew answered the phone, and I asked If I was able to pay for parking on a credit card and not add this to my room charge, as my room is being covered by employer. Matthew replies he is unsure. I asked if he could confirm, since I do not want to rent a vehicle if the only option was to charge this is as a room charge. He placed me on hold for 15 minutes and responded, he was informed I have to pay for parking via room charge. I then asked if there was a manager on site to discuss if there was a possibility to work around this and he stated he is the only one on site until 8:00 AM. Curious I just wanted to know who confirmed parking was a definite room charge, he responded huh, I repeated the question he went silent and then disconnected the call. I called back utilizing the same number previously, I assume they have caller ID because he did not answer the two calls placed. I then called utilizing my cellphone which is a different area code and matthew Answered. Being a Mariott employee, I understand the difficulties with customer service, but just lying to a guest instead of stating to call back later to retrieve the answer, then to disconnect the call and not answer the phone, I was taken back by this.

I loved the space in the double queen suite -- we didn't feel cramped. It had a roll in shower for those in wheelchairs etc. and I wasn't prepared for the water that covered the batrhroom floor. We used the extra towels to keep us from slipping on the water on the floor. I would have liked to have seen breakfast served at 6 am (as in other hotels I've stayed at) so we could have eaten prior to going to our livestock show at the Ft Worth Stock Show (as we were showing at 8 am and so didn't have time to stay until 7 for breakfast). The last day we were there we didn't have to be at the barn 7:30 or 8 in time to get the dairy goats ready for show so we were able to eat a quick breakfast. The breakfast was good no complaints there.

The hotel itself wasn’t in the best condition, but the staff was very helpful and friendly

The first room wasn't cleaned up but Porsche got us into a new clean, very nice room immediately and she was so helpful and amazing! Great hotel!!! the breakfast has waffles and waffles make everything better. :)))

Staff was courteous, room was clean, comfy beds and bedding. Would have been five stars except the garbage disposal was out of order and water would back in the kitchen sink. Nobody available to correct the problem

We had a great stay! The room was very clean and had a great view of the train tracks for my young nephew’s big trip to the city. Breakfast was good and had excellent eggs and bacon as well as a stocked build your own oatmeal and waffle bar. Would definitely stay again.
