The hotel looks very good on the outside and has a modern feel inside.
The service is also very kind and polite.
The biggest problem is the room. The walls in the room are very rough, the materials used in the toilet and bathtub are very poor, and they are not elegant or magnificent at all.
The price is HK$4,000 per night. At this price and with such a decoration, it is really unacceptable.

Il lusso si vede nell'accoglienza degli ospiti appena arrivate all'ingresso dallo staff della .Con bici che l'hotel offre ai propri ospiti e si entra nell'a**osfera di una Versilia che da sempre, regala stupendi ricordi. La spiaggia bellissima nella cura delle tende e nella bella terrazza vista mare dove gustare favolosi piatti di pesce creati dallo Chef Cassanelli e servito da un attendo gruppo di giovani ragazzi di sala. Insomma questi momenti di relax passati con la famiglia sono indimenticabili. Un grazie ancora allo staff dell'hotel Principe .

Very new and modern luxury hotel with big and airy rooms and very comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and you can lend city bikes for free which is a great way to explore the area. Gorgeous roof top bar with amazing views over the beach/sea. The only rather negative point was the breakfast which has a very minimal buffet and "some" meals to order à la carte. We had booked "breakfast included" but as far as we understood you are entitelt to only one order... maybe we got it wrong but the procedure was complicated.

Rude and rude waiters, a well-known but dirty bar with only 1 bathroom for men, women and children without distinction, not even for disabled people. Old and careless: the bathroom is the business card of any location!!

A perfect hotel for a stay in Forte dei Marmi. I booked 2 rooms, a junior suite and a double room. As a member of the Leaders Club, I got an upgrade for the double room. Courteous service and a very good breakfast round off this successful stay in Principe.

Everything very well looked after. Attentive and very helpful staff. Large spaces. Impeccable shuttle service. Very well organized breakfast to pamper the customer, with a wide choice of products all of excellent quality. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

It was not our first time at the Principe and we will definitely be back. We like the clear architecture of the house and the spacious, bright rooms, which are a pleasure to stay in even when the weather is bad. We really like the culinary signature of Valentino and his crew, whether in the star restaurant on the top floor or the casual version in the Dalmatia beach club. But the main thing for us is that all employees, regardless of their role, offer excellent service that makes us feel like we are part of the "family". The demeanor is always friendly, attentive, courteous and yet calm. Service at the highest level, not artificial, at eye level, but always present. The only explanation we can give for the contribution of a guest from 2021 who did not leave a good hair on the Principe is that there was a misunderstanding at the beginning of the stay with the consequence that nothing "was allowed" to be good after that. Of course, you can ruin your vacation that way. We know almost all the important hotels and restaurants in Forte and the surrounding area, and there are definitely good addresses with friendly, well-trained staff. But for us, the "Principe" is number 1.
