酒店外觀感覺都很好，進內也有摩登感覺。
服務也是很親切有禮
最大問題是房間，房內的牆身很粗糙，洗手間、浴室洗澡位的用料非常差，一點也不優雅富麗堂皇。
價錢一晚是$4000港元，這個價格有這樣的裝潢真不能接受。

Il lusso si vede nell'accoglienza degli ospiti appena arrivate all'ingresso dallo staff della .Con bici che l'hotel offre ai propri ospiti e si entra nell'atmosfera di una Versilia che da sempre, regala stupendi ricordi. La spiaggia bellissima nella cura delle tende e nella bella terrazza vista mare dove gustare favolosi piatti di pesce creati dallo Chef Cassanelli e servito da un attendo gruppo di giovani ragazzi di sala. Insomma questi momenti di relax passati con la famiglia sono indimenticabili. Un grazie ancora allo staff dell'hotel Principe .

Very new and modern luxury hotel with big and airy rooms and very comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and you can lend city bikes for free which is a great way to explore the area. Gorgeous roof top bar with amazing views over the beach/sea. The only rather negative point was the breakfast which has a very minimal buffet and "some" meals to order à la carte. We had booked "breakfast included" but as far as we understood you are entitelt to only one order... maybe we got it wrong but the procedure was complicated.

Camerieri scortesi e villani, bar con tanta nomea ma sporco con 1 solo bagno per uomini, donne e bambini senza distinzioni, neppure per persone diversamente abili. Vecchio e senza cura : il bagno è il biglietto da visita di qualsiasi location!!

Ein perfektes Hotel für ein Aufenthalt in Forte dei Marmi. Ich habe 2 Zimmer gebucht, eine Junior Suite und ein Doppelzimmer. Als Mitglied des Leaders Clubs habe ich für das Doppelzimmer ein Upgrade bekommen. Ein zuvorkommendes Service und ein sehr gutes Frühstück runden diesen gelungenen Aufenthalt in Principe ab.

Wir waren nicht zum ersten mal im Principe und kommen sicher wieder. Wir mögen die klare Architektur des Hauses und der großzügigen, hellen Zimmer, in denen man sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter gerne aufhält. Wir mögen sehr die kulinarische Handschrift von Valentino und seiner crew, ob im Sternelokal im Dachgeschoss oder die lässige Variante im Beachclub Dalmatia. Aber ganz im Vordergrund steht für uns, dass alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, egal in welcher Funktion, einen excellenten Service bieten, der uns das Gefühl gibt, zur "Familie" zu gehören. Das Auftreten ist immer freundlich, aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und doch unaufgeregt. Dienstleistung auf höchstem Niveau, nicht gekünstelt, auf Augenhöhe, aber immer präsent. Den Beitrag eines Gastes aus 2021, der kein gute Haar am Principe gelassen hat, können wir uns nur so erklären, dass es zu Beginn des Aufenthaltes ein Missverständnis gegeben hat mit der Konsequenz , dass danach nichts mehr gut sein "durfte". So kann man sich natürlich selbst den Urlaub verderben. Wir kennen fast alle wichtigen Hotels und Restaurants in Forte und Umgebung, und es gibt definitiv gute Adressen mit freundlichem, gut geschulten Personal. Aber für uns ist das "Principe" die Nummer 1.
