Big problem, the hotel made me pay when I arrived, so I had to pay twice

Je suis arrivé hier dans ma chambre il n'y avait pas de télécommande pour la télé j'ai dû aller en chercher une à l,accueil qui ne fonctionnait pas la personne de l,accueille et venue avec deux autres télécommande et à constaté que la télévision était en panne comme il n,avez pas d,autres chambres de disponible il on dit qu'il ne pouvait rien faire, j,aurai pensé avoir une compensation mais non rien du tout

Stayed here three months ago and as such we were happy to return, however we were disappointed with our stay this time, restaurant was only able to provide limited pizzas and limited soft drinks, one pizza was over done (crispy cheese) and the other came out 5 minutes later and no coca cola !!!, not sure what has happened, perhaps new management ?? Otherwise clean and handy for an overnight.

Passing through the region with my son, we spent a night at the Campanile hotel in BETHUNE and we were very satisfied.
The welcome, the property, the restaurant and the breakfasts are excellent.
