Encantada Resort Vacation Townhomes by Idiliq

When we arrived the one check-in person was at lunch. Took 30 minutes to check in. Charged cleaning fee and the place was filthy. We had to buy a vacuum and cleaner to get the place livable. The AC was broken. The pool was filthy. The floors were disgusting. Asked for another unit and were told nothing else was available. The website showed availability… No oven mits, and no casserole dish. No grill. No surface skimmer for the pool. No front porch light. No pool light. Black mold. Rooms were poorly lit. Very disappointing.

After reading here I was very worried about the stay. We arrived and headed to reception and was met by a friendly lady who got us checked in. We did have fees to pay but this was expected. Approaching our 2 bed condo I was still very nervous. When we arrived I was most pleasantly surprised and hugely relieved. The downstairs was clean and bright with lots of natural light. The outside space was covered and all outdoor furniture was in good clean condition and the hot tub worked perfectly. The two upstairs bedrooms were also lovely and clean both with en suites. We locked our safe (our error) by mistake on the first evening. We went down to reception in the morning it was closed and we let a gentleman know who was looking after the grounds he informed us that the maintenance team started at 9am and he would let them know. At 9.01am we had a knock on the door and a friendly worker unlocked our safe. The complex felt safe as there was a security guard on the gate at all times. The complex was kept clean and there were always parking available. Generally the site was super quiet other than one morning when a family were extremely noisy leaving their condo at 6am. Overall we had a great stay and would not hesitate to return. I do not normally do reviews but after reading them before my trip and being extremely nervous ready to fork out costs on another accommodation if needed we all had a wonderful stay. Complained about obnoxious noise to no avail. They dont care. Old drunks puking by pool and using all the pool chairs when they dont need them. They dont care. Hot tubs havnt worked in 3 years. They dont care. Get it? Spend your hard earned money on another place. Used to be a classy place. Not now. And yeah…they dont care.

I checked in during process they charge me for after check out 150 $ plus tourist tax plus state tax plus fees resort usually cleaning be included reservation booking, serives not that good due front disk to open 11 AM after requested to change coffee maker which was broke not working it came to me after 3 times reminders with house keeping, the furniture updated used old, unit pool dirty, also parking rules any where you can park so infornt your unit not always available so I have to park far away, my advice to any one who looking for resort to have vacation in Kissimmee keep this as spare a plan B

ITS A GOKD PLACE BUT THEY NEED TO FIX THE HOT TUBS. THEY HAVENT WORKED FOR 3 YEARS. And they say every year, “we are working on it”. I am here right now and it happened exactly like I am saying.

We stayed at Encantada for the first time 8/25. Check-in was great. We went for a walk at night and security was driving around in a golf cart and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The guard house is great The level of service we received was wonderful we will be back

The staff were wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean except the vents for the air. Maybe I am picky and it’s not a big deal. The vents are located up high so maybe it was just missed, idk. Otherwise, super comfortable and we all felt very relaxed after long days at the parks.

Horrible. NOT SAFE. Do not stay here. From the first night in checked in until I left before my check out date it was a nightmare. Broken dryer, broken cooktop, non functioning electrical outlets and non functioning door lock code which left me unable to lock the door. I asked for a new unit but was denied. Instead of continuing to try and troubleshoot my door code issues the attendant gave me the MASTER CODE that opens every unit. I raised this as a safety concern and was ignored. So I checked out early. Do not stay here, their security protocols put you at risk of an intruder.

Unfortunately, our stay was not pleasant. The unit was visibly dirty, and there was a strong bad odor that never went away. It felt unsanitary and poorly maintained. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this property did not meet that standard at all. I would not recommend this place.
