Friends who want to take a helicopter to see the glacier must stay here. Although the motel may be a little old in terms of facilities, it is only 5 minutes away from the Mount Cook helicopter take-off platform and 2 minutes drive from the helicopter check-in office. If you are forced to cancel due to weather reasons, you can contact the check-in center at any time to see if there are conditions for take-off. In addition, if you can't fly, it will be boring to just sit there in the hotel. There are lake attractions and tropical rainforest hiking routes to play on the road west from the hotel.
