Cold room, they kept the heater off probably to save on utility bill. Towels smell bad, sink overflowing- we informed them but they didn’t bother to do any action. Certainly, we will not go again

I was only there for a few hours. The pool area was chilly. There were some stains on the towels in my room, however, overall it’s been my go to hotel for MANY years and I will continue to go back. A little bummed there’s no more jacuzzi.

This hotel is awesome the staff is great they understood the situation my family was in and did a amazing job keeping us comfortable. While we looked for a new apar**ent. The place is very clean and the maid staff always made sure to check if we needed clean towels or anything. The pool area is very well taken care of.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. When ever we had a problem they fixed it right away. The maid service was awesome they always made sure we had clean towels and bedding since we had a long stay here. The pool area is great for the kids.
