Hotel bem localizado, ótima estrutura na piscina, recepção atenciosa. Restaurante bom, com café da manhã bem completo! Ficamos em um quarto mais antigo, que merece um pouco mais de atenção na manutenção!

El personal super amable ,la ubicación muy buena . El desayuno y la cena excelentes ,muy variado. solo a modo de sugerencia el agua de la piscina climatizada no tendría que estar tan fría y el acceso a la misma es muy difícil. tienen una hermosa cancha de tenis y no tienen raquetas y pelota .el palo del pool está roto . Destaco mucho el buen trato de todo el personal Muchas gracias .

Estadia péssima. Já fiquei muitas vezes nesse hotel pelo custo x benefício, mas dessa vez foi péssimo, fiz checkout um dia antes. Não indico pra ninguém.
Atendimento ruim, quarto sujo, cama com buraco, ar condicionado totalmente deteriorado, acho que devia estar sem manutenção.
Folhas secas caiam do teto do banheiro, apareceram duas baratas enormes...
Quando falei pro atendente na recepção ele não deu a mínima e ainda me deu um papel para preencher se quisesse reclamar. Pedi que desse uma atenção especial ao quarto pois estava péssimo e ele disse: Só consumiu uma água? R$6,00... Aff não volto e não indico nunca mais.

Muito boa a estadia mas, alguns pontos precisam melhorar. Cobrar estacionamento e seu carro ficar debaixo de arvore e vc mesmo ter que buscar na chuva. Nao ter elevador. Tambem o cardapio da lanchonete é muito fraco. Bom atendimento.

Hotel proximos às cataratas, otimo custo beneficio. Cafe da manha muito bom, bastante variedade, piscina boa e outra aquecida. Perto das parques, do Dreams park , da Argentina e nos atendem muito rapido quando solicitamos. Foi um otimo custo beneficio.
