I went to Foz on business and spent 5 days at the Hotel Arterial. From Tuesday to Wednesday it started raining in the early hours of the morning and it started dripping on me and my bed in the middle of the night. After what happened, I went to ask for a new room and when I was changed it had no power.

The breakfast is wonderful. The location is good. The maintenance of the room and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The air conditioning needs urgent maintenance. Of the 5 nights I stayed at the hotel, my room was cleaned only once because I requested it.

A única reclamação fica do fato de deixar DUAS Tv´s ligadas com volume alto durante o café da manhã. Extremamente desagradável ficar com aquela TV. Melhor o silencio ou uma musica ambiente apenas.

Viajei de férias com minha família, porém o hotel não tem conforto, as camas são dura, lençóis encardido e manchado, toalhas já bem usada e algumas furada, quarto pequeno, café da manhã simples. Pra quem procura só um lugar para ficar para dois dias, é bom. No meu caso, queria descansar, a dormida foi péssima por conta das camas, ar-condicionado funcionava só quando ligava, depois parava de gelar é só pingava água, comunicação por duas vezes na recepção, não foi resolvido. Fichei cinco diárias! Não pretendo me hospedar novamente no hotel.

Ponto Positivo: Recepção 24h e Café da manhã. Ponto Negativo: Falta de manutenção no quarto como, torneira da pia do banheiro não sai água, a televisão não funciona, e não é feita manutenção nas lixeiras do quarto, ou seja, higienização. Não reclamei na recepção, pois vendo as avaliações do hotel e pela rotatividade de hóspedes, não se importam com sua reputação e muito menos com o conforto do hóspede que vai embora em questão de dias, então as reclamações não irrelevantes, para incentivo na manutenção do local.

Os quartos estavam limpos, chuveiro excelente. Infelizmente as camas não são nada confortáveis, muito duras. O café da manhã bom, com frutas, opções salgadas e doces. A localização é boa, próximo à rodoviária. No geral, em relação ao custo benefício foi tudo ok.
