We arrived very late at the hotel after a long day of travel and activities, but at the hotel reception we refused our reservation. I showed the voucher of trip.com and the attendant left for a few minutes and returned saying the reservation was not authorized. Then he said he could get another room but he would charge us again in the checkout if Trip did not send the documentation to the hotel, and that I should solve the problem with the site. At that time it was half night and the trip had no attendant in Portuguese. I had to speak English with the chat and after 30 minutes we were released the entrance. In short, we lacked the organization of the site, we lacked better hotel care and this caused us stress and boring. I don't want to make reservations again with Trip and I don't recommend that hotel because of bad service.
