Acabamos chegando bem tarde no hotel, depois de um dia longo de viagem e atividades porém na recepção do hotel negaram nossa reserva. Mostrei o voucher da trip.com e a atendente saiu por alguns minutos e retornou falando que a reserva nao foi autorizada. A seguir disse que poderia conseguir um outro quarto mas que nos cobraria novamente no checkout caso a Trip nao enviasse a documentação para o hotel, e que eu que deveria resolver o problema com o site. Nesse momento ja era meia noite e a trip nao tinha atendente em português. Tive que falar em inglês com o chat e apos 30 minutos nos foi liberada a entrada. Em resumo, faltou organização do site, faltou melhor atendimento do hotel e isso nos causou stress e aborrecimento.
Não pretendo voltar a fazer reservas com a Trip e nao recomendo esse hotel devido ao mal atendimento.

Não conseguimos concretizar a hospedagem no estabelecimento devido ao despreparo e mal atendimento dispensado na recepção do hotel, que insistia em cobrar uma diferença de diárias indevidamente. Ao invés de tentarem resolver o problema, quiseram transferi-lo para nós, utilizando de tom agressivo. NUNCA mais voltaremos a este estabelecimento.

Não gostei da minha experiência. Me colocaram em um quarto cuja luz estava queimada, banheiro não estava higienizado, não tinha amenidades (apenas um sabonete).
Pedi por um quarto com cama de casal e mesmo assim me colocaram em um com cama de solteiro.
Meu quarto ficava embaixo de algum cômodo extremamente barulhento..não sei o que tinha no andar de cima, mas teve barulho praticamente a madrugada toda.
Não voltaria a me hospedar em hotel dessa rede
