Posto centralissimo molto grazioso e pulito, stanza dotata con bagno privato e cucina, colazione abbondante e gentilezza dei proprietari, a due passi e sei in spiaggi dove trovi tanti sbilimenti balneari attrezzati con ristoranti e bar, a pochi passi sei sul corso principale di Francavilla.

The room is quaint and well-designed. It is a few metres from the sea, very close to at least three lovely coffee shops, and less than 15 mins walk to many good restaurants. Bus no. 21 to take you to the centre of Pescara leaves from a few seconds away and is quite frequent - I usually waited around 10 mins or so. The owner is available through Whatsapp for any queries.

Sono stato giusto una notte a soggiornare, nella stanza non mancava niente, e stava più di tutto il necessario, anche il frigorifero ho trovato, una macchinetta per farmi il ginseng per fatti miei! Cosa che mai ho visto fino a ora, non mi posso lamentarmi, la cosa mi ha lasciato perplesso era solo che mi hanno riservato una matrimoniale al di fuori del condominio. Però non mi lamento dato il costo piuttosto economico. Le pareti sono piuttosto sottili e si sentono parecchio i discorsi delle altre persone alle stanze di fuori, questo mi ha dato piuttosto disturbo la mattina perché non mi ha permesso di riposare abbastanza bene. Ma ringrazio il titolare del b&b in quanto è stato gentile nel fornirmi alcuninpostonda visitare!

Ho soggiornato qui per lavoro, è un buon b&b perchè hai a disposizione un po’ tutto, con tavoli all’aperto.
Posizione ottima, vicino al mare.
Ambiente pulito e sistemato.

The owner and his mom were very nice. room was a little small but very clean. The location is amazing close to the beach.

A due passi dal lungomare, la camera si trova all'interno del condominio del gestore ed è stata ristrutturata all'interno di un ex garage. Molto spaziosa, dotata di angolo cottura condivisibile con l'altra seconda camera. A causa delle restrizioni del Covid, la colazione viene servita con prodotti confezionati e preparata accuratamente dal gestore nel cortile esterno. Massima disponibilità e accoglienza dello staff. Il b&b non dispone di parcheggio privato.
