Mi sono recata alla Spa per un percorso " relax di coppia" prenotato più di un mese fa che mi era stato regalato per il compleanno Benché avessi il numero del buono,anche se avevo dimenticato la card in un' altra borsa, l' addetta non mi ha permesso di fare il percorso prenotato. È assurdo che nel 2024 ,non avendo fisicamente la card con me,la Spa non mi abbia permesso di utilizzare il servizio prenotato,peraltro già pagato(al telefono mi era stato detto di portarlo ,ma avrebbero potuto trovare una soluzione,dato che mi sono anche offerta di tornare a portarglielo dopo la fine del percorso,( dopo 2 ore,abitando a 15 km di distanza)e mi è stato detto di no,senza alcuna predisposizione all' enpatia ,al servizio e alla soddisfazione del cliente!! Pessimo !!!

I was pleasantly impressed by the feeling of tranquility and carefreeness that this structure manages to instill... you can breathe and experience an atmosphere of complete relaxation in the emotional showers, in the sauna, in the internal and external swimming pools, in the solarium or while sipping a herbal tea. The professionalism and courtesy of the staff is highly appreciated. The Edenic environment in which the restaurant is immersed cannot help but induce you to enjoy an aperitif, served gourmet and therefore not quantitatively excessive. The largely positive evaluation will certainly push me to repeat the experience

The staff is extremely friendly. The wellness area is very nice. The breakfast is typically Italian with cake. The restaurant and the breakfast room are kept quite cool.

La struttura nel complesso è carina come il percorso benessere bello, per il resto direi proprio di no : Camera matrimoniale con 2 letti singoli attacchi dove nel pieno della notte mi sono trovato in una voragine , per non parlare del riscaldamento spento alle ore 20 e alle ore 3 mi sono risvegliato con un caldo amaro, per finire i muri fatti di carta pesta di 1cm visto che non ho chiuso occhio tutta la notte in poi per via del vicino che ha russato tutta la di continuo peggio di un trattore ,mentre prima di ciò abbiamo dovuto sentire i pianti del bambino . Ultima cosa riguardo l’aperitivo pagare 40€ per due calici di rosato (Cerasuolo commerciale )e due cosette buttate lì un po’ too much. Diciamo più che unsoggiorno rilassante, un soggiorno straziante.

Impressive, modern, classy, and very clean property. Fantastic amenities, i.e, multiple pools, spa on property, and great dining. I was impressed the moment I walked into the lobby. We'll certainly be guest there again.
