Ho prenotato una camera singola per mia madre per il 25 dicembre e mi è stato comunicato il "modico" prezzo di € 100 per una notte. A Lecce, con quella cifra, avrei potuto prendere una camera singola in un quattro stelle. Comunque, la ciliegina sulla torta è stata che il riscaldamento del bagno non funzionava e a mia madre (persona di 73 anni) non è stato proposto né un cambio di camera né tantomeno uno sconto per scusarsi dell'inconveniente.

We booked the last room at this hotel during a stopover between larger cities. As we checked in, we were surprised that our room was in the basement - and not just us, but it seemed a small wing of rooms was built into the basement. The receptionist told us the room would be cooler than the rooms above ground due to the August heat.
Our agenda had us away during the day and we only expected a decent sleep. Exactly what we got, and the place was very clean. Breakfast was a bit sp**** for our expectations.

Avrei dato 5 a questo piccolo Hotel pulito, moderno, tranquillo, nuovo ma l'atteggiamento di una cameriera - per aver tardato alla colazione senza considerare che era la Mattina di Capodanno - è stato davvero poco gradevole.

Camere accoglienti e confortevoli , letto comodo, pulizia impeccabile. Personale gentile e disponibile, unica perplessità siamo rientrati alle 00:50 di notte, e la persona della reception ci ha chiesto il pagamento della camera , una situazione un pò antipatica…e mai successa prima devo dire. Colazione essenziale , abbastanza ristretta per quanto riguarda la scelta dei prodotti, senza pietanze salate e bevande a buffet , ma comunque con prodotti di buona qualità. L’hotel è sufficientemente vicino al centro città in una zona servita.

A pochi passi dal centro storico, hotel molto accogliente. Ben curato, camere da letto ben strutture e molto graziose negli arredi. Pulizia ******ale, servizio impeccabile! Tutto il personale è estremamente gentile, cordiale e molto disponibile. Affidatevi alle cure amorevoli di Angelo, definirlo receptionist è riduttivo, sarà davvero il vostro "ANGELO" custode. Avrà cura di ogni minimo particolare e renderà il soggiorno più gradevole di quanto ci si possa aspettare. Una persona dal cuore d'oro!!! Stra-consigliato!
