Francistown Hotels with Wi-Fi

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area along the river ,however the experience of the food quality is a let down .In room entertainment is also a let down because the package catered for doesn't provide entertainment ,no Netflix ,YouTube and many other channels like CNN ,SABC ,eNCA .

This was an overnight holiday stay on route to Maun in the North West of Botswana. The hotel is conveniently located in the town centre within walking distance of shopping malls and markets. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Security is excellent 24/7 such that some of our possessions remained in the car overnight and were safe. There is a swimming pool should you want a dip to cool yourself . Worth your consideration to stay.

Note booked 2 rooms. Upon arriving the front desk couldn't find our reservation. Eventually that was sorted. When we got to our rooms, there were no towels. However the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. At breakfast we the food was good, however we had to follow up to ask for our drinks, which only ended up arriving after we finished eating even though we ordered drinks before the food. We had asked for late check out and to keep our luggage in 1 of the rooms. After moving everything to one room and going downstairs we got asked to move our luggage to the other room as they had a check in, which was a little inconvenient but we did so and carried on with our day, upon arriving back before the scheduled check out time we go to the room to find all our belongings were gone. Went back to the front desk and they didn't know were our belongings were. To find out house keeping moved everything back to the original room. When asking to speak to the manager and voicing our concerns, we got a less then interested apology until we said our reviews off our stay would reflect to which his attitude then changed. The internet was also sub par. The lodge itself, we nice and affordable, however the staff have some way to go.
