Dejligt lille hotel med et personale, der går udover alle grænser hvad angår service, smilende og imødekommende.
Bestil bord i restauranten i weekenden, så du er sikker på at få plads, men ualmindelig lækker og velsmagende mad både til morgen og aften.
I forhold til værelset og at have hund med, opgrader jeres værelse og skriv i skal have værelse i stue etagen, trapper er forfærdelige stejle og døren ud til bliver først låst op sent om morgenen, så man er henvist til at benytte en stejl og åben ståltrappe.
Værelset var ok, ok størrelse men for mig var serviceniveauet og personalet, absolut grunden for at jeg gerne kommer igen.

Hotel within easy walking distance from the centre of town, rooms at the back overlook the small canal and are the quieter option. Free parking across the street. Some rooms only accessible by stairs or in separate building next door. If you stay there you will need to go outside to go to breakfast. Beds are narrow single beds with duvet. Shower in bathroom a little inconvenient, as they make the whole bathroom wet. Breakfast okay, with tasty bacon and scrambled eggs. Forget the coffee as it comes from a thermos flask and was not really drinkable.

Franeker: parel in het noordwesten van Friesland. Voor diner gekozen voor de stadsherberg. De afschaling van de korona-beperkingen maakte dit weer mogelijk. Nette ontvangst, gemakkelijk dus geen stijve boel. Keuzemogelijkheden genoeg op het menu, ook vegetarisch of vegan. Goed gegeten. Dit adres is een herhaalbezoek waard.

Prachtige kamer , apart zitgedeelte en boven een mooie ruime slaapkamer en badkamer. Ontvangst bijzonder vriendelijk. Heerlijk gegeten (gelukkig nog een tafel op het terras aan het water) Prima ontbijt

Wonderful hotel on the canal. Rooms over a restaurant (but make reservations for the restaurat). Short walk toi the historic center of Franker, plenty of excellent restuarats in the square and surrounding streets. Older property but wih modern ammenities. Free parking a few blocks away. Wonderful breakfast.
