I am a frequent Marriott Bonvoy traveler because of their very much earned reputation. So, I must write this one in the manner that this establishment "earned". Customer service at the front desk on the 19th of May for check in was awful. However, the room was nice and conveniently located near the downtown where we wanted to explore. However, I went to breakfast on the morning of the 20th and was aghast. I watched patrons go to the breakfast bar (as I did) to discover that there were no eggs, sausage, waffle mix, orange juice and muffins. If you were in a hurry - your choice of breakfast bar was cereal with or without milk. I went to the front desk after fifteen minutes to inquire if they were going to restock and was told that the cook was working on it. This went on for about forty minutes before some biscuits and gravy appeared. By the time I left (ran out of time), that was the offering for the today. I have come to appreciate more than this from a hotel that bears the Marriott Moniker. Would encourage all to seek out Marriotts - just not this one.
