I called reservations this morning for three nights in May. I requested a handicap room on their hotel website as they have advertised that they have handicap accessible rooms. I was told that he wheelchair cannot fit through the bathroom opening on any handicap rooms. I was also told there is a handicap room on the second floor with no elevator. We were not able to book and I want everyone to know handicap accessible means??

The trip was absolutely amazing! This is the second time we have come to stay here for a getaway weekend. The rooms were clean, the staff were very kind, and the view was beautiful. The only complaint I have is that the TV in the main room did not work, but other then that it was a 10/10!

This place is terrific. The rooms feel more like a furnished home than a hotel. It's so close to everything in Frankfort that is great. Quick walk to the Lake Michigan beach, the town and Lake Betsie.

Room was good, small restroom though. Beautiful town, if not for the rain we could have walked everywhere we wanted to go.

Everyone was very nice, and the donuts for breakfast were fresh and delicious. The room was clean. I was sorry we were right behind the wooden stairs going to the second floor because people made a lot of noise going up and down them. The resort was in easy walking distance to everything.

Location! Location! Location! Lake Michigan and Benzie Lake right outside the door. Bike trail starts across the street. Active 4 block downtown area. Art museum a stone's throw away. Good bed, shower and TV. Will upgrade to a room with a Lake MI view next time.

Very clean and right next to the beach. Beautiful sunset! Walking distance to the Harbor and downtown. Great restaurants and shops. Driving distance to many cute little towns.
