The Rooms - Hotel & House

This Hotel is in a side industrial area, not very cozy. The room was spacious but many things were broken and old. The sinke of the shower did not work well so you can on have a shower for a very short time before the water starts running into the room . Soap dispensers were broken and empty. Holes in the wall and a bad smell. Bathroom installations were partly broken. The room as such has a dark grey floor which is a good camouflage for the dirt. Walking on bare foot cases the feet to be literally black on the sole, many hair of humans and pets. I had to clean my feet again after walking through the room on bare feet for 1min. Many warnings inforation about penalties for everything make it even less likeable. The first day we arrived the Hotel ran out of room key cards. We were accompanied to the room, but couldn’t leave. The cleaning personnel is kind of awkward. Bumping at the door like crazy if the can go into the room while i was in there still in the morning.

The hotel was a complete disaster. I strongly advise against booking a stay here. During my stay, the outside temperature was around 40°C, yet the air conditioning in my room was not working. When I reported the issue, the reception staff were unhelpful and simply told me that the air conditioning was not functioning anywhere in the hotel. Despite this, they refused to refund my money. There was also no manager or executive available for me to speak with. To make matters worse, the bathroom was only partially clean and had an unpleasant smell. Given these conditions, I decided not to stay at the hotel and had to pay for alternative accommodation out of my own pocket. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

Nice place stay. Big space, comfy and cheaper price compare to others

Our stay at the hotel was disappointing due to several issues that affected both comfort and customer service. When we arrived early, we were told we could not sit in the concierge area while waiting, even though we were simply looking for a place to rest until check-in. The staff’s response felt unwelcoming and unaccommodating, which created a negative first impression. Later that night, the hotel alarm went off and continued ringing for nearly an hour. What made the situation worse was that no staff member provided any explanation, reassurance, or instructions. Guests were left confused and concerned, not knowing whether it was an emergency or a malfunction. The lack of communication was extremely unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress.
