Grossartiges, ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit bequemen Betten, freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Frühstück mit all den hausgemachten Speisen ist unschlagbar! Die Messe ist zehn Minuten entfernt.

Nettes und schickes Stadthotel. Wir haben als Paar eine Nacht dort verbracht. Die Zimmer sind schön. Das Bad ist teilweise im Zimmer integriert. Das überzeugt mich nicht. Es stört nachts. Der Spa Bereich ist in der obersten Etage. Allerdings endet der Fahrstuhl eine Etage darunter. Das ist ungünstig, da Mann durch das kalte Treppenhaus muss. Der Bereich als solcher ist komfortabel und hat eine schöne Aussicht. Das Frühstück war ok, aber für 18 Euro etwas einfallslos und lieblos präsentiert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nur durch Sonderpreis Genius.

Arrived at hotel after a full day travelling. Room heating broken. After 2 hrs waiting and requesting and only after demanding to be sorted, as first was told no rooms you just need to sleep in a cold room, they found fan heaters. Did it seller well due to noise of fan heater. Next day was told it would be sorted, or they will change the room. It was not fixed. Request the change to be told. Sorry no rooms free, “was told you have a fan heater” you can stay in the room” at this point I was going mad, Only after making a fuss and 1 hour and demanded for a manger, they found me a room to change, which the heating was working, but no phone as that was not working. After a further 1 hour backing and forward I was so fed up, I need to sleep, I said just leave. Very disappointed. When requested a credit/ refund due to first night of no heating and the lack of sleep, hotel not interested to sort the issue, or refund anything. Worse hotel experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Just disgusted at the attitude and lack of willingness to sort.

Top hotel, heerlijke kamer. Prima bed, heerlijke douche. Bar blijft open tot de laatste vertrekt. Alleen het bed was een beetje kort. De bar is prima, assortiment niet heel groot. Ontbijt dikke prima, uitgebreid assortiment, heerlijke koffie. Personeel met een hoop aandacht
