Nice location, clean, big room, very convenient But no reception, have to wait for e-mail which come quite slow

Good location. Poor communication.

First, let me explain that I never leave bad reviews. Often times, things don't work out as expected and that's understandable. Now, as for this hotel, please listen to me. Do not book at this hotel. Full stop. Do not do it. You may not have the exact same bad experience that we did, but rest assured, you will have a bad experience in some way. Here is what happened with us: we arrived after a 9 hour flight to Germany. They claim that there is 24 hour concierge service. That is a joke. There is no one in the office to greet you. Thankfully, someone whose parents were booked in the hotel was able to get in touch with some "security" person who could open the office to give us a key. Note: this was at 15:00 in the afternoon. Next, our booked room was a two-room suite. For four people. We were given one full bed with a love seat. Because it was with our children and we had just come from an international flight (and there was literally no "front office" to deal with, we said to ourselves, we'll just get some sleep and be done with it. As I said, we are not the kind to complain, but rather endeavor to make the best of a situation. But then we come to the tail end of our trip, where we sadly booked the Doorman before our flight out. God, do we regret it. This time, the virtual key did not work, so therefore we were left to calling the number on the virtual key app at 22:00 to simply be let into the room. A kind custodian opened the door, shrugging and saying, yes, sometimes these virtual keys don't work lol. Then we're i to the room, but in a room with one full bed and one pull-out couch, and one set of pillows and sheets. Again we say, it's late, we'll deal with it tomorrow. So we call the number again the next afternoon, saying may we please have a set of bed sheets for the other bed, and told, yes, we'll be over there with them. When, that evening at 16:00 there are no sheets, we call again only to be told that we are calling too late and that we should have called before 9:00 am to have sheets for the bed in the two-bed room we booked. We endeavored to be polite, but the dismissive rudeness we were shown for a very basic request was actually quite shocking. So, as of this moment we are left with a terrible experience in the third of three nights at this "hotel". Now, it may seem odd that I am taking the time to leave such a long detailed review. Trust me, I understand. But it seems my only recourse at this moment. Again, I must reiterate that unexpected issues may arise, and that always is understandable. But the level of incompetence, dismissiveness and rudeness on the part of this hotel and this staff is beyond the pale. Please don't make the same mistake that we made. Book your stay, long or short, at any other facility than this one. If you do, you will find yourself, at best, disappointed if not frustrated, and angry. The Doorman had a very comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, great bathroom, air con and lovely balcony. Despite being in the city centre it was very quiet at night. The only issue, I was never sent access instructions and had to phone up! But I would definitely stay again.
