Die Lage des Hotels war in Ordnung, es ist ruhig gelegen. Frühstück konnte man in dem Hotel leider nicht buchen. Die Zimmerreinigung war Mangelhaft. Beim Einchecken waren Haare im Bad. Das Bett wurde in 5 Tagen nicht ein Mal gemacht. Handtücher, die zum wechseln in die Badewanne gelegt wurden, sind nicht ausgetauscht sondern auf den Badewannenrand gehängt worden. Das einzige was der Zimmerservice gemacht hat ist den Mülleimer zu leeren.

Die Hotelzimmer sind sauber und alles funktioniert. Das Hotel hat die besten Jahre hinter sich und ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage und nur helle Vorhänge, eine komplette Verdunklung ist nicht möglich. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind sauber. Auch im Bad funktioniert alles. Check in über den Automaten, Internet funktioniert problemlos. Gegenüber gibt es eine gute Pizzeria. Die Frankfurter Innenstadt kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Parkplätze kann man buchen, auf der Straße parken ist schwierig. Ich habe hier sehr günstig übernachtet, bei hohen Preisen empfehle ich das Hotel nicht.
