Bright and good

Excellent location with amazing staff. Hotel is completely renovated so everything is new and bright. Facilities and lounges are nice with excellent breakfast options. Very good service throughout the entire hotel. And the famous Heavenly Bed is really something else.

The Grand Westin Frankfurt offers clean and modern rooms that have been recently renovated. However, a minor inconvenience is that the bathroom doors open inside, potentially hitting people standing in front of the sink. Sliding doors would be a better option. The bed is large and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The breakfast is amazing with a variety of options and free seating. The live cooking station for omelettes adds a nice touch. Unfortunately, the pool attendant seems to lack knowledge on turning on lights, making them unavailable at 7:30am, even before sunrise. On the positive side, the hotel's location is perfect, with direct train access to the airport.

Beautiful hotel and room is spacious! Location was excellent, near to shopping belts and weekend market. Breakfast variety is a bit limited though.

Great breakfast, good to see the employees do not change as often as it is the case in other hotels. Only minus is that you can not open the window completely, which is unusual for German hotels. So if you feel warm you can only open it a little.

Good hotel and facilities

Long queue at the check in - only one counter open with 10 people waiting. Internet shut down for 9 hours Room keys not working - I had to go down at the reception again to have them reloaded Hairdryer not working Elevators always packed and slow No special rates for the parking being hotel guests -had to pay full rate, 40 euro for 24 hours. Poor service but the price is still the one of a 5 star hotel. The courtesy of the staff - which is the only positive thing of my stay - cannot offset the bad experience.

Excellent location and really value stay for 5 star hotel. Service is good with indoor swimming pool, suitable for family stay. A lot of varieties of food around the hotel including Asian foods. There is a reputable car rental company too just next to the hotel.

Nicely renovated hotel, front desk, bellmen gave great support and services. In regards to housekeeping (assume outsourced staff) adjustments needed & amenities are quite basic for a grand hotel. While famous for withe tea amenities, the dispenser were empty (shampoo and bodywash) when housekeeper supervisor came to check and were informed the replacement was a different brand (Malin & Goetz) strange for a hotel which takes pride in the white tea branding. Complimentary water was completely not replaced on one day, only after reminder received water. Also during stay two times housekeeping supervisor came to check, knocked and immediately entered which should be adjusted and give guest a little more time to react. Toilet button not working properly. Breakfast plenty and staff very friendly. Overall despite the housekeeping issues nice hotel.
